We keep things clear and fair:
• We do not store your customer details or documents.
• You are responsible for saving your own invoices, quotes, and files.
• We do not provide accounting advice — we just provide tools.
• This site uses minimal cookies only to make the website work.
• We do not use advertising cookies.
Our “zero data kept” promise is real.
Most competitors store data, upsell, and track users. We don’t — because this was built by a plasterer, not an up seller.

Refunds & Privacy
We keep things simple.
We keep things private.
We don’t store your form entries.
When you submit a form,
the system builds your file,
sends it to the email addresses you choose,
and then automatically deletes the entry from our website database.
No stored submissions.
No account history.
No saved documents on our servers.
Because entries are deleted immediately:
• We can’t recover past submissions
• We can’t access what was created
• We can’t verify downloads or usage
Once a digital document has been generated, refunds are not possible.
If something isn’t working properly, we’ll fix it.
If there’s a genuine issue, we’ll make it right.
